We offer home delivery through trusted delivery partners within Hyderabad and select locations.
Delivery timelines vary depending on product type and availability. Dry goods are typically dispatched within same or next business days.
For vegetables and perishable goods, delivery will be scheduled for the weekend as per pre-order confirmation.

Order Processing
Orders placed Mon–Sun before 12:00 PM are usually dispatched the same day.
Processing time: 4–8 hours in peak periods.

Delivery clock starts after dispatch. Weekends/holidays excluded.

Shipping Charges
Shipping is shown at checkout based on weight, destination, and ongoing offers.
Free shipping may apply during promotions (announced on the cart/checkout).
Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking link by SMS/Email/WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.
Tracking updates can take 6–12 hours to reflect after pickup.
Delivery Attempts
Couriers usually make 1–3 attempts. If undelivered and returned to us, we can reship (additional shipping fee applies) or refund product value minus two-way freight.
Multiple Parcels
Large/multi-SKU orders may ship in more than one box with separate tracking.
Address & Phone Accuracy
Please ensure complete address and an active phone number. Incorrect details can cause delays or returns.
COD (if enabled)
Delivery timelines are similar; orders may be verified by call/SMS before dispatch.
International Shipping
