Khejur Jhola Gur

Mrettika Khejur Gur Liquid/Jhola is traditionally prepared from pure date palm sap collected in the early winter mornings of rural Bengal. Slow-cooked over woodfire, it preserves the natural aroma, rich brown color, and authentic sweetness of Bengal.

মৃত্তিকা খেজুর গুড় তৈরি হয় বাংলার গ্রামাঞ্চলের শীতের সকালে সংগ্রহ করা খাঁটি খেজুর রস থেকে। কাঠের আগুনে ধীরে ধীরে রান্না করে এর প্রাকৃতিক গন্ধ, রঙ এবং আসল বাঙালি স্বাদ অক্ষুণ্ণ রাখা হয়।
